3. How We Share Your Information

Your privacy is important, and we limit who we share your data with.

    • Your Name and Profile Photo.
    • Your Email Address.
    • All your check-in data for that specific pact, including any text, photos, or locations you submit.

The security of your data is a top priority. We implement the following measures to protect it:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (e.g., TLS/SSL).
  • Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data, including passwords and all check-in data (text, location, etc.), is stored in an encrypted format in our database.
  • Secure Storage: Photos uploaded to the service are stored in a private cloud storage bucket with restricted access.

While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
